INVITES

 

Invites should now be going out as soon as they are sent but we are still

hearing from some members that your invites aren't reading your friends. Some

of you are also telling us that there is an apparent issue with Hotmail

addresses receiving your invites. Our tech team is looking into these problems

and we appreciate your patience.

 

There can also sometimes be a delay with getting PTZ for your accepted invites,

or getting them to show up immediately in your friend count and your count to

Z-List status, but these problems should be fixed in the coming days.

Eventually you will see all of your friends in your hallway, on your Connect

page, and in your myLocker and Z-List count. You will also see those referral

PTZ in your PTZ balance.

 

If a friend of yours is saying they haven't received your invite, please have

them check their email spam folder as invites can sometimes end up in there.

 

Some invites that were send before we went over to the site upgrade might not

have gone through or may still be backlogged in the system. We're working on

pushing these through. Don't forget that you also have the option of hitting

resend for any invite that has not reached your friend.

 

 

TSHIRT

 

We recently have sent thousands of Z-list T-shirts to our members all over the

world.If you are one of those members congratulations on becoming a Z-lister!

We ask that you hang tight and patiently wait3-4 weeks for delivery. Trust us

when we say this... You'll look pretty rad in your new shirt Also, if it's

been awhile and you're not too sure where your shirt is we might need some more

information from you.If you could go into your settings and recheck your

information and make sure it is all correct then you are good to go!Please

don't use any accents or other unusual characters. It makes the system all

screwy and that means it'll take longer.

 

 

NO PTZ

 

We apologize for any frustration this has caused for you. One of our major

priorities with our prelaunch site is being sure that our members' PTZ are

being reflected accurately. We're working on this as part of our upgrades, and

we hope to have PTZ displays corrected by the end of the week.

soon. Our ultimate goal isn't to launch a free prize site but instead build a

unique site that combines shopping (commerce), entertainment (content) and

community (social networking).

 

You may have noticed the "Coming Soon" sections of the site. The shopping bag

is the channel where Lockerz members will be able to purchase the most coveted

fashion, accessory and consumer brands and earn PTZ doing so. The TV icon is

where members will be able to earn PTZ by watching videos, listening to new

music and playing games. These new features will be launched gradually over the

next few months. Right now our focus is on improving the functionality of our

existing site first.

 

Members will earn PTZ every time they watch a new video or listen to a posted

song or try a new game for the first time. If you love it, you'll earn even

more PTZ if you buy and download it from Lockerz. There will be 15+ ways to

earn PTZ at Lockerz and many more ways to use your PTZ as well.

 

Eventually there won't be any restocks of PTZ Place either. We'll have a

constant inventory of prizes. Not to mention the online store too. But until

then we'll be restocking PTZ Place on a monthly basis with another restock
